Order Processing

All of our products are printed to order. Once you place an order, it typically takes 5–7 business days for production before your item ships.

During busy periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

After production, shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are typically 3–7 business days.

Shipping Costs

Art prints ship for free. Shipping costs are subject to change.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey.

Delays & Carrier Issues

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs processing, or other factors outside of our control. That said, if something looks off with your delivery, reach out, we’re happy to help investigate.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at hello@kpiprints.com within 14 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) with your order number and any relevant photos. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
